• Upgrade to Jetty 4.2.18 to resolve problem in combination with Java 1.3
• Fix _parent related problems in HopObject
• Add path.contains() to check if and where an object is contained in the request path
• Add res.meta object for general purpose per-request meta information
• Fix bug where infinite recursion isn't detected in HopObject.href()
• Improve error message in getURL(): send it to the application's event log and
  include the URL which caused the exception
• Fix HopObject cache property getter to properly wrap the cache object
