[Hop] HopShell 0.1

Hello Hopsters,

Over the weekend, I've written a command-line interface for the Hop. It
allows you to directly execute any JavaScript in a running Hop that comes to
your mind, in good ol' VT100 style.

As soon as I am convinced that it's actually useful, I'll probably ask
Hannes if he'd be so kind to allow me to check it in to the CVS. Kiddin'!
