it is dead-simple to create these docs on your own, since hannes 
provided an ant-task for this.
  cd build
  ./build.sh javadocs
the right place for hosting the apis would be helma.org, so one of the 
sys-admins should/could put this online there.

note, that using helma's internal classes is always on your own risk. 
the API might be changed without further notice to the list (as opposed 
to the provided global javascript methods).
