[Helma-user] utf-8 charset encoding for chinese

Thank you stefan for saving me having to go back to PHP.

  Anyway setting   skinCharset = UTF8 in the app.properties did it  
for me.

Can someone add this Properties to the property list documentation?  
http://helma.org/docs/guide/properties/listall

This magical property seem to not undocumented on the helma web site.
