[Helma-user] Server and Application Properties - requestTimeoutStop default

The Helma.org web site page for Server and Applications Properties needs 
to be updated for the "repuestTimeOutStop" property.  The default is 
'false' as of revision 1.32 of Transactor.java that was done on Mar 28, 
2007.
