[Helma-user] New HTTP/related enhancements

Hi lists,

I have documented the last round of new features/enhancements at
http://dev.helma.org/wiki/New+HTTP-related+Features+in+Helma+1.6/

Some of you may be annoyed because of yet another batch of unexpected
and unheralded changes, but I' absolutely convinced they were
necessary, and will provide beneficial in the long term.

First, we should quickly sort out any rough edges - stuff that I might
have overlooked, implementation specifics such as naming, properties
vs. methods etc. Please have a look at the new stuff with fresh eyes
and tell me if anything looks awkward to you.

Second, please be quick at testing the new features as well as your
existing applications against the new code. I'd like to put out a new
and final release candidate really soon. This is guaranteed to be the
last one. (um... did I say this before? Well this time it's for real!)
