Thanks, Lucio.

Since we already have skinCharset it makes sense to also introduce a
sourceCharset property. I've committed your patch with minor changes
(still using InputStreamReader for efficiency reasons, and remove old
API from HacHspConverter).

I'm also adding the  new sourceCharset property to
http://helma.org/docs/guide/properties/listall
