Hi Phil,
Not sure what to advise you, as helma like other servlet based apps
needs to long running process, its not cgi based like php.
If you want to run helma I think you will need to go to a better hosting
provider that allows for long running ("presistent") processes.
You might also want to look at using https://www.zimki.com/login.html .
Its *Not* helma but is quite simliar to helma in its approach as far
I've I can tell form the docs, as I havn't tried using it myself.
Perhaps others on the list might have some other suggestions.
