[Helma-user] problems overwriting rootPrototype property with app.properties in several repositories

Hi

If I have an app with several repositories Helma seems to take the  
first value for "rootPrototype" it finds and ignores any other  
"rootPrototype" properties in overwriting app.properties Files in  
other repositories
