Hi kRAkEn/gORe,

I've gotten this request before, so i looked into it and found that
the new 1.2 version of commons fileupload has now a hook for upload
monitoring:

http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/fileupload/apidocs/org/apache/commons/fileupload/FileUploadBase.html#setProgressListener(org.apache.commons.fileupload.ProgressListener)

While looking around at jakarta.apache.org, I also found that there
are new versions of commons io and commons logging around. Any ideas
on whether we should update these, too? I'll probably do so for
release candidate 3 if nobody objects.
