[Helma-user] onLogout only on session timeout

session.logout() was missing in the helma 1.6 docs due to a syntax  
typo in the source files that generate the docs. It's in there in the  
new docs, which btw I'm currently fiddling with and can be seen in  
their current state at http://helma.zumbrunn.net/reference/

No User methods are documented at all. I'll fix that. Thanks.
