Helma Documentation Review

Plan on using a tool such as Diigo to markup/annotate the existing Helma documentation and cite how it could be improved. Also, keep in mind that if the existing documentation is edited, that may throw off the markup/annotation.

Sidenote: study older documentation via archive.org - it may have some good stuff.
